Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled for services provided by vecticon.co (“vecticon.co”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. General Policy — All Payments Are Non-Refundable

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all subscription fees, renewals, and charges made to vecticon.co are non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Initial subscription fees
  • Renewal fees
  • Monthly and annual subscription fees
  • Upgrades or downgrades of subscription plans
  • Partial-period usage or unused time after cancellation

Once a payment has been processed, users will not receive a refund or credit for any amounts already billed.

2. Trials

If a trial is offered, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged, which is non-refundable.

3. Legal Exceptions

In certain jurisdictions, consumers may have statutory rights to refunds or cooling-off periods (for example, mandatory refund rights under local consumer protection laws). Where such laws apply, vecticon.co will comply with all legally required refund obligations.

If a user believes a legal exception applies, they must contact our support team with the relevant details and documentation.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly charged (e.g., duplicate billing, incorrect amount, or an unauthorized charge), please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

We will investigate promptly and, if the error is confirmed, issue a refund or credit where appropriate.

5. Service Issues

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with the service, compatibility issues, or failure to cancel before renewal.

However, if vecticon.co experiences a system-wide outage or service disruption that significantly prevents use of the platform, we may, at our sole discretion, issue credits or extensions.

6. How to Contact Us

For billing inquiries or to request a review under a legal exception: contact@vecticon.co. Please include your account email, invoice ID, and a brief description of the issue.
